Decided to spend a few days in one of my favourite cities. The City of York. Its January 2004 still cold but dry, we ended up in a great location, a travel lodge near the river Ouse. One of my first sites that I wanted to see was the grave of Dick Turpin the highway man. After circling the city on the hunt for his grave and checking some maps I realised that I could have crossed the road from my travel lodge and stood beside his grave in minutes. Yes my travel lodge was just across from the St Georges cemetery where Dick Turpin is buried. I took a total of 298 photographs in most of York's mysterious places. I did get some results. Some Orbs outside in one of York's old narrow streets. I also captured some very strange pictures in the Old York Gaol (Jail) which is now the castle museum next to Clifford's Tower. There are two buildings which make the castle museum, one being the old debtor’s prison where Turpin himself spent his last days and the other is the old women's prison.

Have a look at what I capture and tell me what you think.
